With a diverse educational background (Bachelor degrees in Psychology/Neuroscience, and Music; a medical background in nursing as a long term student RN), I bring a well-rounded, science-backed approach to my coaching techniques. Over twenty years of work and personal experiences in acute care, mental health, fitness, the arts, sports, research, and survival gave me a deeper understanding of what truly works to heal deeper wounds and reset a negative life trajectory!
