These online programs are time-limited, with each session unlocked upon completion. Fitness challenges include daily workouts with physiotherapy exercises for recovery. Coaching programs are informative and include customized PDFs, worksheets, and quizzes. Certificates or badges are awarded upon successful completion.

My approach is direct, honest, and focused on growth. I am a firm believer in building both the mind and body together in healthy ways. I ask questions to identify areas for improvement and create a tailored plan with the client’s involvement, which boosts goal achievement. Coaching sessions include exercises and practical activities to find what works best.

It's recommended to focus on one area at a time for coaching to monitor progress effectively. Fitness sessions start with goal-setting and baseline information, followed by progressive workouts, technique guidance, and recovery. I also offer advice on body health, strength, endurance, mobility, and aging.
